Envestnet Inc. (ENV) shares are up 10% in the eary market on Friday after S&P Dow Jones Indices announced the addition of the company to the S&P MidCap 400. The company is set to replace TCF Financial Corp. (TRGP) in the segment as the latter is expected to be acquired by Hunington Bacshares Inc (HBAN), a S&P 500 company.

10:53 Friday, June 4, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Envestnet Inc. (ENV) shares are up 10% in the eary market on Friday after S&P Dow Jones Indices announced the addition of the company to the S&P MidCap 400. The company is set to replace TCF Financial Corp. (TRGP) in the segment as the latter is expected to be acquired by Hunington Bacshares Inc (HBAN), a S&P 500 company.

Envestnet opened the market at $78.09 and are trading at $$78.31, 9.43% or $6.80 higher than $71.56, at close on Thursday. In the 52-week period the shares have traded from $61 to $92.51 per share.

Envestnet is an Illinois-based wealth management technology provider who operate in an international scale. The company provides money guidance, retirement plans and other wealth management services.
