10:20 Thursday, June 10, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of Embraer S.A. (ERJ) are rising more than 11% Thursday morning.

The company today said Eve Urban Air Mobility Solutions, a unit of Embraer, is in talks with special purpose acquisition company Zanite Acquisition Corp. for a possible business combination.

"The negotiations with Zanite are ongoing. The Company cannot predict if Eve will reach a definitive agreement or what will be the terms thereof," Embraer said.

ERJ touched a new high of $15.75 this morning, before slipping to trade at $15.26 currently.
