10:39 Thursday, June 3, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of sustainable and human-centric lighting and lighting control technologies and solutions provider Energy Focus, Inc. (EFOI) are rising more than 14% Thursday morning on the news of its partnership with threeUV, a UV product marketing and distribution company, to jointly market Energy Focus' advanced UV-C disinfection products to government facilities and schools across the U.S.

The companies join to market Energy Focus line of UV products including nUVo, portable UV-C air disinfection tower, abUV, UV-C air disinfection and lighting troffer, and mUVe, UV-C autonomous surface disinfection robot for commercial and industrial markets.

"All UV by Energy Focus products are designed to deliver 99.9%-plus disinfection rates for airborne or surface-dwelling pathogens such as mold, bacteria and viruses including influenza and SARS-CoV-2 and its variants," Energy Focus said.

EFOI, currently at $4.91, has traded in the range of $3.25- $11.60 in the last one year.
