* Pfizer (PFE) - An FDA panel will host a meeting and vote Thursday on whether or not to approve Pfizer and BioNTech's (BNTX) COVID-19 vaccine. The panel meeting is scheduled to run from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Expect results out of the panel later in the afternoon.

* Rocket Companies (RKT) - The stock saw it's highest-volume trading day in about three months on Wednesday. Nearly 30 million shares traded, vs the stock's average daily volume of about 11 million shares. The stock closed up 4% on Wednesday. While the Benzinga newsdesk didn't see fundamental news to justify the move higher, shares saw a strong technical rebound off the $20.50 support level.

* Waitr Holdings (WTRH) - A peer play following the DoorDash (DASH) IPO on Wednesday. Waitr is a small competitor to DoorDash and Uber Eats and focuses on underserved markets in the US.

* Silver Spike Acquisition (SSPK) - The special purpose acquisition corporation (SPAC) expected to merge with Weedmaps. Some consider Weedmaps "the Yelp of cannabis."

* Esports Entertainment Group (GMBL) - A play on esports events and wagering. Esports Entertainment CEO, Grant Johnson, spoke at Benzinga's Small Cap Conference on Wednesday. The exec noted the extreme spending currently going into the esports space. He highlighted a recent championship winner in "Fortnite" won more money than Tiger Woods did when he won the Masters.
