May 2021 Observations:

* May's month-end occupancy percentage is better than the year-end 2020 occupancy percentage. * Sequentially, the weighted average occupancy percentage increased approximately 60 basis points. * We expect to continue to publish monthly occupancy until we return to providing financial guidance, at which point we would expect to return to our historical reporting practices.
