ARKO Corp. Announces Extended Wholesale Agreement With Core-Mark

GPM Investments, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ARKO Corp. (NASDAQ:ARKO) and Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:CORE), today announced the signing of an extended 32-month master supply agreement with Core-Mark International, Inc. as part of a consolidation of the company's wholesalers and continued growth strategy. The agreement will increase the number of GPM store locations for which Core-Mark provides service from 865 to 1,055.
