Sequential Brands Group, Inc.'s (the "Company") ongoing strategic review and related matters have resulted in a delay with finalizing its financial statements. The Company is in the process of completing its accounting procedures for finalization of the Form 10-Q (the "10-Q") and additional time is necessary to finalize all required supporting documentation that may affect the presentation in the Form 10-Q. The Company plans on filing the 10-Q, as well as issuing its earnings release by, or to the extent possible before, June 4, 2021.
