HOUSTON, May 21, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) ("Crown Castle") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.33 per common share. The quarterly dividend will be payable on June 30, 2021 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on June 14, 2021. Future dividends are subject to the approval of Crown Castles Board of Directors.
