MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 20, 2021--Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI) announced today that its board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of the company's common stock. The declared dividend will be paid on June 15, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2021.
