Investors Title Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

CHAPEL HILL, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 19, 2021--Investors Title Company (Nasdaq: ITIC) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.46 per share to shareholders of record June 15, 2021, payable June 30, a 4.55% increase per share over the $.44 paid in the most recent quarter.
