Cardtronics Shareholders Approve NCR Deal

NCR Corporation (NYSE:NCR), a global enterprise technology provider for the financial, retail and hospitality industries, today acknowledged that Cardtronics shareholders held their meetings on May 7, and in excess of 99% of the shares voted at the meetings were voted in favor of the transaction with NCR. The transaction is expected to close in mid-year 2021, subject to receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of customary closing conditions, one of which was approval by Cardtronics' shareholders.
