Eversource Energy Q1 EPS $1.06 Misses $1.09 Estimate, Sales $2.83B Beat $2.58B Estimate

Eversource Energy (NYSE:ES) reported quarterly earnings of $1.06 per share which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $1.09 by 2.75 percent. This is a 3.92 percent increase over earnings of $1.02 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $2.83 billion which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $2.58 billion by 9.53 percent. This is a 19.04 percent increase over sales of $2.37 billion the same period last year.
