Exelixis is maintaining the following previously provided financial guidance for fiscal year 2021:

Total revenues $1,150 million - $1,250 million

Net product revenues $950 million - $1,050 million

Cost of goods sold Approximately 5% - 6% of net product revenue

Research and development expenses (1) $600 million - $650 million

Selling, general and administrative $375 million - $425 millionexpenses (2)

Effective tax rate 20% - 22%
