2021 Second Quarter Financial Outlook

Management provided an outlook for the second quarter, the period ending June 30, 2021. Based on current estimates, management expects:

* $84 million to $92 million in revenue

* $0.51 to $0.64 in diluted GAAP EPS

* $0.64 to $0.77 in diluted non-GAAP EPS
