Cerner Q1 EPS $0.76 Beats $0.74 Estimate, Sales $1.39B Miss $1.40B Estimate; Raises Guidance; Reports $3.75B Buyback

Cerner (NASDAQ:CERN) reported quarterly earnings of $0.76 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.74 by 2.7 percent.
