(NYSE: WST), a global leader in innovative solutions for injectable drug administration, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has approved a third-quarter 2021 dividend of $0.17 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 4, 2021, to shareholders of record as of July 21, 2021.

The Company also announced that management will present an overview of the business for investors at the upcoming Bank of America Securities 2021 Healthcare Conference taking place virtually on Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 2:45 p.m. EDT.
