SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 04, 2021--The Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) has declared a dividend of $0.525 per share, payable on June 1, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2021.
