("AIR") (NYSE: AIRC) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.43 per share of Class A Common Stock for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. This dividend is payable on May 28, 2021, to stockholders of record on May 14, 2021.
