OFG Bancorp Declares Regular Quarterly Common Stock Cash Dividend

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 28, 2021--OFG Bancorp (NYSE: OFG) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2021. The dividend is payable July 15, 2021, to holders of record at June 30, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of June 29, 2021.
