* Business solutions company, Liquid Media Group Ltd (NASDAQ: YVR), announced the appointment of Andy Wilson as CFO.

* Wilson will succeed co-founder and CFO Daniel Cruz.

* Cruz will continue as a director and in a senior advisor role.
