The company reported Q1 net income of $6.89 million or $0.20 per share compared to a loss of $150.4 million or $4.04 per share last year. Adjusted earnings amounted to $0.25 per share compared to a loss of $0.01 per share in the first quarter of 2020. Revenue declined 7% to $459 million from $494 million generated in the first quarter of 2020.
