GEE Group Announces Repayment Of $56M In Debt

GEE Group Inc. (NYSE:JOB) ("GEE" or the "Company"), a provider of professional staffing services and solutions, today announced it has repaid approximately $56 million in aggregate outstanding indebtedness under its existing Revolving Credit, Term Loan and Security Agreement, including accrued interest, using the net proceeds of its recent underwritten public offering and available cash.
