Austerlitz Acquisition Corporation II Announces the Separate Trading of its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants Commencing April 19, 2021

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 19, 2021--Austerlitz Acquisition Corporation II (the "Company") announced that, commencing April 19, 2021, holders of the units sold in the Company's initial public offering of 138,000,000 units completed on March 2, 2021 may elect to separately trade the Class A ordinary shares and warrants included in the units. Class A ordinary shares and warrants that are separated will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols "ASZ" and "ASZ WS," respectively. Those units not separated will continue to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "ASZ.U." No fractional warrants will be issued upon separation of the units and only whole warrants will trade.

The Sponsor of the Company is Austerlitz Acquisition Sponsor, LP II, an affiliate of Trasimene Capital Management, LLC, led by William P. Foley, II.
