FREMONT, Calif., April 12, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Identiv, Inc. (Nasdaq: INVE) today announced the closing of its underwritten public offering of 3,779,342 shares of its common stock, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters option to purchase 492,957 additional shares of common stock, at a public offering price of $10.65 per share. All of the shares in the offering were sold by Identiv. The gross proceeds to Identiv from the offering, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, were approximately $40.25 million.

B. Riley Securities acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Lake Street Capital Markets, LLC acted as lead manager and Northland Capital Markets acted as a co-manager for the offering.
