Invesco Ltd. Announces March 31, 2021 Assets Under Management ATLANTA, April 12, 2021

ATLANTA, April 12, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ) today reported preliminary month-end assets under management (AUM) of $1,404.1 billion, an increase of 0.9% versus previous month-end. Total net inflows were $6.4 billion. The firm achieved net long-term inflows of $5.9 billion this month. Non-management fee earning net inflows were $1.8 billion and money market net outflows were $1.3 billion. AUM was positively impacted by favorable market returns, which increased AUM by $10 billion. Reinvested distributions increased AUM by $0.8 billion and FX decreased AUM by $4.3 billion. Preliminary average total AUM for the quarter through March 31 were $1,395.1 billion, and preliminary average active AUM for the quarter through March 31 were $1,008.4 billion.
