Braemar Hotels & Resort Reports Prelim. RevPAR Or $204 For March, Up 90% YoY

Braemar Hotels & Resorts Inc. (the "Company") reported today preliminary RevPAR of approximately $204 for March 2021, representing an approximate increase of 90% versus March 2020 and a decline of 24% versus March 2019. This compares to RevPAR of $169.29 for February 2021, representing an approximate decline of 41% and 32% versus February 2020 and February 2019, respectively, and RevPAR of $104.33 for January 2021, representing an approximate decline of 55% and 50% versus January 2020 and January 2019, respectively. The Company expects to report RevPAR for all hotels in the portfolio decreased approximately 23% and 35% for the first quarter of 2021 compared to the first quarters of 2020 and 2019, respectively.
