MONT-SAINT-GUIBERT, Belgium, March 31, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Celyad Oncology SA (Euronext & Nasdaq: CYAD), a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on the discovery and development of chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR T) therapies for cancer, announced on March 29, 2021 a capital increase of 200,000 new shares of the Company to Lincoln Park Capital Fund, LLC (LPC), a Chicago-based institutional investor. As a result, the Companys share capital is increased to 50,123,200.33 EUR and is represented by 14,405,156 shares.
