AMETEK Highlights Completion Of Acquisitions Of Magnetrol International, Crank Software And EGS Automation For ~$270M Total

AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE:AME) today announced that it has completed three acquisitions -- Magnetrol International, Crank Software and EGS Automation (EGS). Approximately $270 million was deployed on these acquisitions which have combined annual sales of approximately $120 million.
