10:11 Thursday, March 25, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of solid-state lithium-metal batteries maker QuantumScape Corporation (QS) are down more than 3% Thursday morning.

The company today priced the public offering of 10.4 million Class A common shares for gross proceeds of $416.0 million.

QuantumScape has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.56 million Shares at the public offering price less the underwriting discount.

The offering is expected to close on March 29, 2021.

QS, currently at 46.08, has been trading in the range of $9.74- $132.73 in the last one year.
