Availability of the Q1 2021 Memorandum for modelling purposes

As for each quarter, Sanofi prepared this document to assist in the financialmodelling of the Group's quarterly results. This document includes a reminderon various non-comparable items and exclusivity losses as well as the foreigncurrency impact and share count.
