Najarian sees unusual activity in:

* IShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (NASDAQ:TLT) April $133 puts

* PagSeguro Digital (NYSE:PAGS) September $55 strike calls

* Nike (NYSE:NKE) $145 calls

The iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF puts expire on April 1st and the PagSeguro Digital calls expire on Sept. 17.
