Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of GenMark Diagnostics (NasdaqGM: GNMK) to F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of GenMark will receive only $24.05 in cash for each share of GenMark that they own.
