'Halftime Report' Traders Discuss Goldman's Calls On Axalta And Sherwin-Williams

On CNBC's "Fast Money Halftime Report," traders spoke about Goldman Sachs' decision to upgrade Axalta Coating Systems Ltd (NYSE:AXTA) to its Conviction Buy list. On the other hand, Sherwin-Williams Co (NYSE:SHW) was removed from the list, but the analyst reiterated a Buy rating for the stock and kept its price target at $750.

Jon Najarian bought calls in Axalta when the stock was trading at $23. He took a little over half of the position off the table when the stock moved higher and he could close the rest of the position by the end of the show, because the options expire in two days.

Jim Lebenthal owns Sherwin-Williams Co and he sees more upside for the stock. He also likes Axalta as the auto production is picking up.
