NexGen Announces Closing Of $150M Bought Deal Financing; 33.4M Shares At $4.50/Share

VANCOUVER, BC, March 11, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - NexGen Energy Ltd. ("NexGen" or the "Company") (TSX:NXE) (NYSE:NXE) is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced bought deal financing (the "Offering"). Pursuant to the Offering, the Company issued 33,400,000 common shares of the Company (the "Common Shares") at a price of $4.50 per Common Share for gross proceeds of approximately $150 million. NexGen has granted the Underwriters (as defined below) a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,010,000 Common Shares.
