LASR is currently trading at $34.44, down $2.26 or 6.16%, on the Nasdaq.

nLIGHT priced its 2.21 million common share offering at $34.00 per share. The proceeds from the offering are expected to be about $75 million. The offering is expected to close on March 8, 2021.

nLIGHT intends to use the proceeds for working capital, capital expenditures and other general corporate purposes.
