A-Mark Prices 2.5M Share Common Stock Offering At $28/Share

EL SEGUNDO, Calif., March 04, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMRK) (A-Mark), a leading fully integrated precious metals platform, today announced that it had priced an offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $28.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by A-Mark. In addition, A-Mark has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 375,000 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts, and commissions. The offering is expected to close on March 8, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
