On Tuesday, Needham analyst, Laura Martin, spoke with Benzinga about fubo's timeline for its sports betting app. She said the company would need to "run like hell" to get the app into consumers hands by Q4'21 or Q1'22.

* Beyond Meat (BYND) - The stock made a very near term parabolic move just before Tuesday's close after traders circulated false information Costco was a new partner of Beyond Meat. The Benzinga newsdesk was able to confirm Beyond Meat and Costco have been working together since at least 2019. In Beyond Meat's 10-K filed earlier this week, the company said Costco sales account for about 13% of its gross sales.

* Urban One (UONE) - Shares spiked sharply Tuesday afternoon following circulation of a Tuesday morning article that suggested Interpublic Group is planning upfront sessions for media focused on African American consumers. For the last few months, Urban One has been considered one of the top plays on black- and minority-owned/operated businesses.
