(NASDAQ:OSS), a leader in specialized high-performance edge computing, announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement with an institutional investor for the purchase and sale of 1,497,006 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $6.68 in a registered direct offering priced At-The-Market under Nasdaq rules. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about March 3, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
