CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va., March 02, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Virginia National Bankshares Corporation (the Company) (OTCQX: VABK) announced today that, on February 24, 2021, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share to be paid on March 26, 2021 to shareholders of record as of March 12, 2021. The quarterly cash dividend represents an annual yield to shareholders of approximately 3.76% based on the closing price of the Companys common stock on March 1, 2021.
