10:00 Thursday, February 25, 2021 (RTTNews.com) - Shares of SilverSun Technologies, Inc. (SSNT) are gaining over 10% on Thursday morning after the IT company announced that it signed a letter of intent to acquire CT-Solution Inc.

SSNT is currently trading at $8.01, up $0.76 or 10.48%, on the Nasdaq.

SilverSun Technologies announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, signed a letter of intent to acquire CT-Solution, an Indianapolis-based reseller of Sage Software solutions.

It is anticipated that the transaction will close in the second quarter of 2021.
