Badger Meter Increases Quarterly Dividend

MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 07, 2020--The Board of Directors of Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) today authorized a 6% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.18 per share from $0.17 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 11, 2020, to shareholders of record on August 28, 2020. The new annual dividend rate for common stock is $0.72 per share.
