Omnicom Group Inc. Increases Stock Dividend by 7.7% to $0.70 Per Share NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2021

NEW YORK, Feb. 18, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) increased the corporation's quarterly cash dividend to $0.70 per common share, or $2.80 per share of common stock on an annual basis. This represents a 7.7% increase versus the prior quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, or $2.60 on an annual basis. The increased dividend is payable on April 8, 2021 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 10, 2021.
