AIkido Pharma Increased Bought Deal Offering of Common Stock to 46.875M Shares Priced @$1.60/Share

AIkido Pharma Inc. (NASDAQ:AIKI) announced that due to demand, the underwriter has agreed to increase the size of the previously announced public offering and purchase on a firm commitment basis 46,875,000 shares of common stock of the Company at a price to the public of $1.60 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about February 19, 2021, subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.

The Company also has granted to the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 7,031,250 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commission.

The gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $75 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.
