Graco Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 2021--The Board of Directors of Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG) has declared a regular quarterly dividend of 18.75 cents ($0.1875) per common share, payable on May 5, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 19, 2021. The Company has approximately 168.8 million shares outstanding.
