Federica OBrienis a veteran executive with25 years of financial and operational leadership in biopharmaceutical, medical device, and technology companiesandcurrently serves on the Board of Directors of TELA Bio, Inc. where she also chairs the Audit Committee.Ms. OBrien willbe joiningMacroGenicsAudit Committee.
