National Fuel Gas Q1 EPS $1.06 Beats $0.98 Estimate, Sales $441.16M May Not Compare To $532.68M Estimate

National Fuel Gas (NYSE:NFG) reported quarterly earnings of $1.06 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $0.98 by 8.16 percent. This is a 4.95 percent increase over earnings of $1.01 per share from the same period last year. The company reported quarterly sales of $441.16 million which missed the analyst consensus estimate of $532.68 million by 17.18 percent. This is a 0.68 percent decrease over sales of $444.19 million the same period last year.
