JERUSALEM, Jan. 29, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- BiondVax Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (NASDAQ:BVXV), a biopharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing and ultimately commercializing products for the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases and related illnesses, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 2,434,783 American Depositary Shares ("ADSs"), each representing forty ordinary shares, at a public offering price of $4.95 per ADS, for gross proceeds to the Company of approximately $12.1 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses.
