CytomX Therapeutics Announces Proposed $75M Common Stock Offering

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Jan. 19, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CytomX Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTMX), a clinical-stage, oncology-focused biopharmaceutical company with a vision of transforming lives with safer, more effective therapies, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $75.0 million of its common stock. In addition, CytomX expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $11.25 million of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. All of the shares are to be offered by CytomX.
