Ashland Global Holdings To Acquire Personal Care Business From Schlke & Mayr GmbH For 262.5M In Cash

On January 19, 2021, Ashland Global Holdings Inc. ("Ashland") announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the personal care business from Sch?lke & Mayr GmbH, a portfolio company of the global investment organization EQT. Under the terms of the agreement, Ashland will pay (euro)262.5 million in an all-cash transaction, which is expected to be completed before the end of the June 2021 quarter, subject to customary closing conditions and required regulatory approvals.
