Covetrus Says Prelim Q4 YoY Net Sales Growth In Prescription Management Business Modestly Accelerated Compared To 43% Growth In Q3

On January 13, 2021, Covetrus, Inc. (the "Company") will present at the 2021 J.P. Morgan Virtual Healthcare Conference. Management will provide a business and strategy update during its presentation (the "Management Presentation"), including fiscal 2021 guidance and financial growth targets. Management will also comment that preliminary fourth quarter 2020 year-over-year net sales growth in its prescription management business modestly accelerated as compared to the 43% year-over-year net sales growth reported in the third quarter of 2020.
